Just completed Purpose Built Childcare in Helensville, designed by LifeStyle Architectural Services. Excellent Company with wonderful supportive team. We experienced various set backs during this project, but finally completed it with excellent professional support of LifeStyle Architectural Services. This company always gone extra mile to help us. The team at LifesStyle architects are super helpful. They have done several projects for me. Steve Loza is a creative architect with an eye for detail. His ability to create modern stylish homes is second to non. Dayle Beuth has the abiliity to undertstand project outcomes and creates cost effectice solutions for his clients.

We use this architectural design company from Landmark home for our new home. Firstly, they did not listen to what we requested as the first draft design they provided did not have any of the requirement we mentioned in the initial meeting. Secondly, the most serious issue was they have very low understanding of consenting requirement. I enquired at the beginning if my home require additional consent other than just building consent, in which they said no. However after waiting for 6 months of drawings ready to be submitted for building consent, they ask about other consent which they initially said not required. Because of this, my home building was delayed by more than 6 months due to consenting requirement which they were not aware it was required. I highly not recommending using this company services.
