Shipping’s been quick—overnight for couriers and just a day or two for panels, delivered properly (not just dumped by Aramex or budget courier service). Their pricing is sharp, and the quality is great—especially the Victron gear. The online "Plug & Play" Solar Kits make it easy to customise and figure out exactly what you need. For DIYers, Victron is worth the little bit extra. The Bluetooth monitoring shows exactly what your setup’s doing—right on your phone. No one else cares about that 120W, but you do, you spent all that time installing it! Plus, all your Victron gear syncs seamlessly on the same app. No fuss, just solid gear. Now, I’m back on Lux Solar for another Victron add-on . They’re consistently the best value, and the service is always great. I’m not affiliated, just surprised they don’t have more positive reviews - Mark sounds great, but I have done everything just directly from the website, and its been faultless.

Mark was great, very helpful and sorted out my solar needs with a good setup that worked a treat, easy to follow instructions for the kit so I was able to install it myself no problems. Very fast shipping too all the way to Southland especially for such a big bulky package. I will be buying another kit soon.
