Just wanted to say thank you to Sean and the team for the great service we always get at the service centre. I recently ducked in at the end of the day just as he had closed the gates. Instead of being advised to come back another day, they reopened the gates, opened up the building again and dealt with my inquiry. It was much appreciated and it’s these types of experiences (which isn’t my first with Family Boats) that keeps our family coming back each time we want a new Jet Ski and to get them serviced.

FB have sold a lot of boats over the years. But once a boat is out of warranty I have found their interest in helping to be below 0/5, especially over email or trying to get through on the phone, if you do get in touch, outside a new sale it seems like they are doing you a favor by providing after sales service. I really dislike complaining, but when its warranted, I hate terrible customer service worse. They probably don't care at the moment due to the volume of sales with people full of "Equity" from house prices. But I hope if they do care they will provide a more enthusiastic response to "I have a boat purchased from you, it has issues, can you help please"

Thanks to the team at Family Boats especially Ivan, Sean and Rick. We purchased a new boat from here and it unfortunately had some issues that related to supplier (not Family Boats). These guys got stuck in and resolved the issues as promptly as possible so we could get back out on the water. Would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future. Nick & Kylie
