I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The shoulder rest was uncomfortable and poorly made, but the bigger issue was the terrible customer service. When I reached out to return it, they were rude and dismissive. They had originally promised they would accept a return if the shoulder rest was uncomfortable, but when I tried to follow through on that, they told me they would raise the issue and get back to me—yet they never did. It felt like they had no intention of honoring their word. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no honesty. I will not be buying from this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them. Terrible experience overall.

Terrible customer service, would not recommend. I recently visited this shop and had an extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was absolutely awful. When I walked in, the staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping customers. I waited for several minutes to ask a question about a guitar, only to be met with a dismissive and unhelpful response.

Terrible service. Purchased an item and tried returning same day and they refused. Once they have your money, you ain’t getting it back.

Visited today to get a string on my son's guitar replaced. The salesperson Matt was extremely pleasant and took the time to show my son how to re-string his guitar which I thought was awesome, thanks Matt. Service like this will have me returning for any other needs.

A shop with consistancy. They don't know about their products and they don't know why they weren't okay to let us in with our Therapy dog. A shop we will consistantly avoid.
If you see somebody with a therapy dog, you don't ask why they have it. It's likely to be a highly sensative topic and it's rude to ask that question of a stranger publicly.
If you are scared of well trained warm blooded teddie bears, that's okay. Just say so.
The manager of this shop needs to go. I read a bunch of other reviews and it paints a pretty clear picture.
