Words do no justice in explaining just how wonderful an experience I had with the fairy godmother herself (and how lucky I was to be in her expertly capable hands!) Natalie is an incredible woman, clearly exuding passion about all things wedding-related and conducts herself with such grace, integrity, warmth and kindness that you cannot help but love her, and the pink palace! I had gone to a few places before heading to Natalie Rose and had felt, truthfully, overwhelmed, disheartened and worried about not finding "the dress". I also hadn’t felt good about the dresses I had tried on…. Nothing made me feel like I had imagined… But all of my concerns melted away as soon I was handed the "keys" to pick dresses and got talking to Natalie. The dresses and the experience eclipsed all others, my mum and maid of honour loved how thoughtful, and creative it all was. (Happy) Tears were shed but so were laughs (maybe the wine helped with that). And all in all, I had the moment I had dreamed of - trying on "the dress" and knowing it was "the one". Thinking back - I wish I could relive it - I truly felt like a princess. But the journey didn’t stop there at Natalie Rose bridal…. Natalie went above and beyond after I picked the dress - carefully talking me through the process, gave me her unbiased opinions around all things to do with the dress (from alterations to the choice of veil) and really was the hype girl I needed in the journey. (If only we could bottle up Natalie’s energy, and passion and sell it, because the world needs more of it) Natalie, you are a very special person running an incredible business that you should be so proud of. I cannot thank Natalie enough for being an absolute fairy godmother when it came to my wedding dress! When my dress arrived I wanted to make some custom changes, Natalie worked her magic and helped me find a way to make it happen. My experience with natalie Rose Bridal was beyond 10/10. She helped me achieve the fairytale wedding I wanted. From the moment I found the dress I wanted online she was so lovely and accommodating, it didn't matter how many messages I sent her she was so kind and happy to answer all of them (and very quickly).
