Ozac are specialists in intensive housing developments. The deliver high end plans in the shortest of time frames. A well run business even Auckland Council use their plans to demonstrate best practice. We have undertaken a large number of projects with them and strongly recommend them. Currently nearing completion at 39 Bayswater Avenue in Auckland. 3 townhouses squeezed on to an average size section where one house stood before. A grey and brown eyesore designed with no sympathy for the aesthetics of the surrounding neighbourhood. An ugly no flair eyesore.
