Paw Hub Pet Grooming

Papillon dog, ear fringe cut. Did specify before grooming not to cut it *facepalm* (Ear fringe is their signature look and can take upto 2yrs to fully grow back as this part grows in layers) Unfortunate as I have been using their services since 2019 and they always had left the ear fringe alone till today. Sorry I'm just not confident to take my dog there anymore: First, whoever was the groomer clearly doesnt know about some dogs (ie. Not cutting ears of papillons) However, second and more importantly, she ignored the request - i don't expect the groomers to know all about breed specific needs hence the specific and only request not to cut his ear Thank you for your services till now. 31/12/2024 Edit reply to owner: please check your phone messages and your internet contact message. There's an attempt on both. And the discounted price of $85 (they did offer further $20 refund, no more. Sorry i dont need a half-tried attempt. Keep the 85) - i feel so stupid for have paying it although I was in shock at the time! I should've have spoken with the manager then - i wouldn't have paid my hairdresser for shaving my hair, so why should have i paid for the fringe cut? Edit: Monthly update/fringe diary 16 Apr. Fringe still not back to normal. Finally grew out something worthy to call a fringe

This is the best groom our dog has ever had! We were very impressed with the complete service from ease of booking right through to picking him up. We highly recommend taking your dog here! The before and after photos say it all!

Stella had her first professional groom at Paw Hub Pet Grooming and she looks wonderful. Great job team. She’s now enjoying a well deserved treat

Had my two dogs and two cats at Pawhub over the years and although none of them love it obviously, they have always come out looking and smelling great. Jess who was half Samoyed/tibetian terrier always had the undercoat brushed out so she kept her long fur but so much lighter for her and so much nicer than being shaved. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team are always friendly and would do what I asked in a professional manner.

Felt the need to comment and give a 5 star as we have been coming to Paw Hub for three years and tried a different groomer this weekend for the first time. BIG mistake - we will never veer from Paw Hub again. Great groomers who always do such a fantastic job of grooming Minnie our schnauzer. Always is meticulously groomed, smells absolutely delicious and is so happy when she comes out. Please never change you guys are fantastic.

Since we move here in NZ we always take my wee here. He gets easily adjusted and settled in this pet salon. The staff are great and friendly too.
