After struggling to find the right cattery for my senior cats, Gin-Zing and Tin-Tin, I discovered QPS—and it was amazing! Richard and his team handled their different personalities and eating habits perfectly. Separating them resolved Tin-Tin’s vomiting, and daily updates with photos reassured me throughout. Frank was wonderful with TT, while GZ confidently explored like he owned the place! When I brought them home, they were happy, relaxed, and stress-free—such a difference from past catteries. The thoughtful touch of a printed photo was lovely. QPS is now my go-to cattery—thank you, Richard and team, for your exceptional care! Wishing you every success in this endeavour.

I am so grateful to the QPS Boarding team for the exceptional care they have provided for my beloved dog, Molly Anne. Due to relocation requirements, Molly needed to stay in New Zealand for a few months before she could join us in Australia. As a dog mom, it's always tough to be separated from her, especially since Molly can be emotionally demanding and needs a lot of love and attention. The team at QPS has truly made this experience stress-free for both Molly and me. They have consistently gone above and beyond in providing care and comfort for her. I especially appreciate the weekly updates with adorable photos, which have helped me feel connected to her even from afar. Mandatory quarantine ain’t no fun, but our shiba inu Winston came out unscathed and in good spirits. Thanks to QPS for taking good care of him and for even sending us off to the airport. QPS went the extra mile to make sure that the import of our dog went smoothly from start to finish. We appreciate their smooth communication and flexibility. Highly recommended.

This was our second experience with QPS, as we had previously brought our two cats into NZ through them back in 2010. We were overjoyed when we learned that on our return this time, we'd be bringing our (different) two cats and our dog through them, as the first experience was so good. We can't say enough good things about QPS and their team. They sent us regular updates, and our pets came through as happy and healthy as can be when separated for so long from their family. We truly appreciate the kind, professional and personal care from them. Theirs isn't a service one uses often, but it is extremely important to find someone you can trust with your beloved pets. スタッフの方々の親切な対応にとても安心しました。定期的に猫の様子を伝えてくださり、写真も送っていただけたのが嬉しかったです。また、ウェットフードやミルクを提供してくださるなど、細やかな配慮が感じられました。猫の部屋にノミが見つかった際も、すぐに掃除をして対応していただきました。 MIP検査の際に猫が怯えた時は、飼い主を呼んで落ち着かせる対応を案内してくださりました。おかげで安心して10日間を過ごすことができました。猫が生きて到着してよかったです。本当にありがとうございました。 ^ ̳> < ̳^ The staff (Richard) were very kind and attentive, which made me feel at ease. He regularly updated me about my cat’s condition and even sent photos and video chat, which I really appreciated. He also provided wet food and milk what I asked, showing thoughtful care. When fleas were found in the cat’s room, they promptly cleaned and addressed the issue. During the MIP test, when my cat seemed scared, they called me to help calm down, demonstrating their flexibility and attentiveness. Thanks to thoughtful and professional service, I was able to leave my cat for 10 days with peace of mind.
