My 2.3kg chihuahua was held down by 2 people to groom her. (admitted by the owner!) Calling her a 'naughty' dog. This stress caused my dog to suffer from ataxia....where she couldn't stand up or walk and I had to seek urgent vet care. The owners took no responsibilty and I would STRONGLY advise you to think twice about taking your dog here if your beloved pet fears the groomers.

I didn't really know what to expect taking my very shaggy and matty 10 month old border collie for a groom yesterday. I just about cried when I picked him up - he was soooooooo beautiful. The team explained what the grooming would include and he was cleaned, brushed, "tidied" and clipped and just looked amazing. When we got home the whole family just said "wow". I will definitely be coming back, just so happy and thankful for the wonderful team at Boutique Dog Grooming for doing such am amazing job, I will be highly recommending.
