I went and bought some fish food. It was on specials. Nice and big pet store. Can buy any kind of pet food and accessories from here. Customer service was nice. Can groom your dog here.

Took my dog, Weka, to Animates for some treats; pigs ears, pizzles etc. and the staff were a treat for her by themselves They gave Weka so much love and attention it was hard to leave and easy to get what we wanted. Would I go back - for sure!

Got some straws for our guinea pigs. No animal to look at. This store used to sell dogs, cats and birds. Not selling life fish. However, you can bring your dog to wonder in the shop. I guess it is because the shop provide grooming service to dogs. The place is big. Well stock. Animates is opening during public holidays.

Staff meet and greet their customers. The branch is tidy and clean. Huge variety of brands of pet food and toys. Some deals are really good.

Rude smug assistant manager (Andy) immediately blame my dog when we i tried to return a dental treat bag that have caused my dog to puke out the treat with blood the next morning, damaged and bled her gum after consulted with a vet. Refused return initially but store manager helped processed the return the next day.
