What a lovely team! Real old school pet shop feel and personable people. The young girl that served us was amazing. The owner ( I think it was) was a lovely knowledgeable man who even cable tied all the cage doors for our birds journey home. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. Would definitely come back!

What a great place, learned a lot and they have such gorgeous parrots and birds. Our birds love the bird barn seed mixes highly recommend I definitely come here to get my cup filled!! If you haven't been yet you should totally go!!

My wife and I been going to bird barn to have a look at there animals there animals are beautiful & well looked after. But it's the employees .Whoever runs the puppy & kitten section they suck not friendly at all to talk too seem to be very judgemental people the bird section is alright though

I would say this is the best pet store I've been to in West Auckland. It's quite big and has a great range of pet food and products for most standard pets.

Great spot for seeing animals and birds. I was even able to hold a humongous colourful parrot on my arm which you’ll probably see if you visit. The staff are friendly and will likely help you.
