I called Polite Plumbers hoping to get a new tap installed on the kitchen sink. The old one leaked a LOT and we'd bought a new one. Dilly sorted out a plumber to come in about an hour. Perfect. The job was done quickly and well. Thank you, Polite Plumbers! I love the cheeky livery on their van.

Within hours, they provided a comprehensive report and took swift action, replacing the cylinder and old taps. Their service went far beyond standard repair, as also: • Removed water from the carpets • Installed an additional protective tray to prevent future potential water damage The team’s attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable. I cannot recommend Polite Plumbers highly enough for their exceptional workmanship and genuine concern for their clients.

We had sprung a leak, weren't sure from where. Had seen they were local with their distinctive vans so called them asap. These guys came to the rescue advised us what to do immediately that night, came round first thing the next morning to save us an out of hours call out fee. Assessed the job gave us a quote there and then for a new hot water cylinder which was the culprit, went and bought it and installed it, upgraded all new valves to current code, arranged electrician to come and do their bit too all in the same day. All very helpful, professional, friendly guys who provided an excellent service in what could have been a very stressful time. Thank you, highly recommend them.

We called Polite Plumbers to assist with a blocked drain, they were able to send someone out the same day. Unfortunately we need a drain layer to fix the issue, but the team referred us straight away and waived the charge for the visit. Incredible service!

We had leak in our bathroom, plumber and wife couple team were very responsive. Took our case very seriously and helped us through a very challenging situation. While they didn’t fix our leak, as we have to manage through insurance, they were comforting and polite (very suiting business name indeed). Highly recommended
