I chose QHI based on only the google reviews a couple months back and was not disappointed, so have finally cracked open the account just to add to the great reviews. Frank managed to fit me in for a last minute building inspection prior to an auction, and his service was top notch despite the tight turn-around. He was incredibly thorough, didn't rush through the inspection process and made himself available at any time to answer questions and go over info in more detail. It was the first time I had gotten an inspection done, but the report was easy to read and any current or potential future concerns were clearly highlighted throughout. Frank was also incredibly easy to talk to and never made me feel like I was asking silly questions, despite the whole process being new to me. I'd definitely use his services again and would highly recommend Frank to anyone who is wanting to have a pre-purchase inspection done for a house!

I got the Healthy home and Fire Alarm assessment done on my property. Frank was absolutely professional & very fast in responding to any queries. Most importantly, the comprehensive report he made was very genuine and easy to read along with pictures of every corner of the house included in the report. Frank and the team at QHI are the best! Finding the right home is tricky at the best of times, but Frank made the process easier for us as his prompt, accurate and clear reports always gave us clarity on whether we were bidding on the right house. We even had a situation where a vendor did not believe the findings in QHIs report, and conducted their own building inspection, which turned out to verify the moisture issues raised by QHI. Seeing the thermal images of potential moisture and getting clear photos of the readings were extremely helpful.
