I had an amazing experience at Rebel Sport in Botany. Thomas blakenman was so helpful, kind, and patient while helping me choose the right shoes. He made the whole shopping process really easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Thomas, for your excellent customer service!

Today we bought a new pair of running shoes and went to pay, Katie at the desk was thorough at checking over the product and found that they were a different size to what the box was saying. She quickly swapped them over to the right size for us. Very happy with the level of service, wish all people were this helpful. Thank you.

I recently purchased shoes from rebel sport botany and it was awful experience. No one on the floor to help and no one on the counter to help except Greg. There was queue of customer on the counter to pay and everyone was unhappy because of one counter open. Greg announced twice on the intercom for help but his co staff seems to be lazy in their hangout room. When third time greg asked for help on intercom then a lazy girl came to open another counter. I would like to give shout to Greg for being patient and helpful to customers and running the show alone. Please hire more people like greg.

Alot of empty shelves but managed to get the last pair of shoes that we've been looking for, for my husband... Winning. Never found one for me so still looking for comfortable shoes for fitness and walking. It's always hard to look for good shoes these days but Rebel is always my one stop shop. Keep up the AWESOME WORK REBEL!!!!

The staff at this location were very unfriendly and kept passing product inquiries to other employees. I didn’t use my coupon during the purchase. So I explained that I wanted to use the coupon, they refused to listen to the situation and insisted that I use it for my next purchase instead. However, when I called the Panmure branch, they were very polite and told me it was possible to use the coupon, asking me to come back and use it. Despite being a larger store with fewer staff, their customer service was so much better. I wouldn’t recommend this place to others, even though it’s closer, simply because of their poor service.

According to the Rebel sport online information, there are some stock of clothes at this branch. But can't find any size of them in the store. The staff are mucking around and kept talking but not helping. One claims that they don't update stock level. They also ask us to search around ourselves. If the clothes are not found, they must be out of stock. Well, the store management and customer service can really be improved.
