Had me running out then in. Customer service is not helpful, busy laughing and chatting rather than taking care of their store. Really horrified at the state of the shop looks third world. Isles incapable of walking through. Sad to see customers disrespect this store so badly but also no effort on the stores part to try to fix it. Possibly a staff shortage but whatever the case rebel sports is in a desperate state.

Big store with decent selection of gear, but it looked like a bomb had hit the place, particularly the shoe area. Could understand at weekends, but I went mid week and there was max 5 people in the store. Shoe displays were not full so you had to dig through piles of shoes to find what you needed.

Needed some walking shoes slip ons as I am elderly have problems with laces. Went on line Sketchers slip ons where recommended and on special 35% off. Went into the Boundary branch henderson met by friendly and knowledgeable staff, explained my needs sizing was great as Sketchers came in half sizes so selecting a pair that fitted was easy! Impressed with huge stock they carried and friendly staff! Oh and discounted price!

I did click and collect which took 9 days! My order was placed on the 28/12/24 - ready to collect the 6/1/25. I was told there was a back log due to the sale after Christmas. When I picked my items up, was told it was the courier’s fault. Either way, I strongly don’t recommend using Click & Collect at Rebel Sport. It shouldn’t take nearly 10 days. Rebel Sport may have good prices but their customer and online service sucks!

Big spacious store to browse around in ♿ wheelchair accessible entry and good to get around in. Most of your popular sports apparel and footwear caps accessories etc. All your favourite sport's brands. When they have sales the a great time to pick up bargains which I do on occasions They accept for payment afterpay and laybuy.
