Great service, great product range - clean store. Purchase some ON shoes for work - very light and comfy - but pricey ( 280.00) but they look and feel expensive. Will be back - sale time. You can get some good deals BUT do yourself a favour & spend that little xtra on fuel & pick it up yourself. They use Aramex Couriers & they are Absolutely Awful. I got an item, they picked it up ok but when it came to delivery, it was a nightmare. 1st I got an Unable to Deliver on the tracking then it was delivery today but that never happened & when you try to call the Call Center, good luck finding someone who speaks English because they based in the Philippines according to them. All they do is read out what's you already know on the tracking screen. It says it will arrive today so kits hope as it's been 4 days of Unable to Deliver & arriving today. Australian companies scrapping the bottom of the barrel for profit hiring cheapest couriers and call center.

I was really disappointed with the service from a staff member named polingi. She was cold, didn’t greet us, and didn’t even say thank you. It felt like we were a bother to her. For someone working with customers, basic politeness should be expected. Honestly, I felt like I should have gone to the Botany store instead, where the staff actually treat you with respect. Management should really look into this.

It is so hard to call Manukau Rebel Sports every time I ring! You wait for more than 20mins and then hung up on! Professionalism has definitely fallen here in New Zealand. No customer service skills training upheld here because customer service care needs shifting!

They sell different brands of sports gears On one side is the clearance and the rest of the store have a variety of exercising equipments and accessories! The shop looks the same since they open their doors many moons ago. The shoes area always looks untidy! Ample of parking space.

My go-to store. Things have changed a lot lately with fewer staff on the floor, but the choices of items are still the best. Highly recommend this store. Ken, the manager he is the MAN! Kudos to the team.

Great place for all the sport equipments and accessories. They do have different brands and variety of stuff. Plenty of car park and accessible by wheelchair
