Lazy staff! The 2 ladies working on the checkout on 18 April past 7pm were not helpful. We were looking for product which was showing as in-stock. When we cannot find it, I requested to look in the back but they did not want to and just said stock error. When I selected Click and Collect for additional $3, it’s immediately available for pickup so it in the store. Lazy lazy!

On a Saturday there were no staff on the floor to help with shoes or sizes as they all gather around the counter which had no customers at. Shoes were also a mess and very hard to find your size for the style you want- especially with no staff to offer help. Went and bought my shoes from another shop instead. However we were still greeted on arrival which was nice.

More organized than other stores.

My partner and I were in at 12:40pm - 21/08/2023 and are not happy with the experience we had. The fact that my partner and I were the only ones in store and were security called for. No customer service was given and nobody approached us to talk to us at all. As someone who is a manager at a retail store there was no appropriate protocols followed with security calls. My partner and I had no hoodies , glasses or hats on and instead were in tshirt and shorts. This experience made my partner and I really uncomfortable and instead of buying the items we wanted to walked out and instead will be going to a different rebel sport. Instead being circled like criminals, I would suggest you guys train your staff on customer service and lost prevention instead of making predujice calls.

Update/ September '22: I've been in this store today on my way to Briscoes, just out of curiosity. I was pleasantly surprised. The shoe isles, all of the isles really, were tidy and looked organised. The store assistants were all around the store packing away goods or organising the products on the shelves. I'm giving four stars only because I didn't by anything this time, so I don't know about the customer experience. All in all, there have been some changes here for the better. Well done and keep it up! Few months ago: The shoe display is chaotic, to say the least. The store assistants have been way too busy having fun at the counter area, instead of helping the customers. Also, it wasn't the first time that I've experienced this here, but definitely the last time. This particular shop deserves zero stars, really.

Local Rebels, so it's convenient for me rather than having to drive to Henderson. It is slightly smaller than the one in Henderson, but I can always find whatever I'm looking for. Staff are friendly (at the checkout).
