Crazy expensive for everything. And you will get the worst customer service ever !
I want to cancel my service but called them 3 times, wait for one month to get replied. Everytime they says they will transfer me to their account manager but this person will never contact to you until you are really mad. Maybe they want to extend the rent period to try to earn the last drop of expensive fee from clients.
I do not really know how can this kind of business still survive in this tough period in Newzealand. And does the head office have ever double check the customer service department ?
If you want to get similar service. Like rento kill, better come to other company like JJ waste , etc,.. you will get the cheaper price than here for sure (2 or maybe 3 times cheaper !!

Cannot fault my experience with Rentokil Auckland. Conway has been absolutely delightful during each of his visits to the school. He is efficient, thorough and is always up for a wee chat which never fails to make my day. With his friendly greetings and positive attitude, he is a great representation of the company. I've dealt with many contractors and workmen and Conway is by far one of the best!

Completely happy with the service we received from Rentokil. Their agent clearly explained the process they for getting rid of cockroaches (including confirming what type were around our premises, if it rained they would cancel the appointment, if any cockroaches returned within a 10 day period they'd redo the application at no charge to ourselves.), gave an accurate quote and was able to schedule a visit from their technician at short notice. The technician arrived on time and again explained the procedure clearly and concisely. He also reiterated that the comments of the Rentokil agent. Excellent service, highly recommended,

Customer service attentive and caring. They fix any misscommunication and get the job done. Specialist are great and love their job. I have had their services in 2 properties and is definitely the best way to go about pest control!
