Popped in there today - a young chap pointed me in the direction of guitars and didnt seem to care. Shane and Jacob walked past but to be fair they were busy with something else. A female couple walked out at the same time as they were not serviced either. Went to Music Planet Wairau and purchased a guitar there. Will not use the rock shop again. A musical family who has shopped at the albany branch in the past without incident. But will take my money to the competition. PS you need a email address to keep your people accountable.
