Can't say I would recommend Safe drive. Went here 2 odd years ago and watched them slam my car door into a wall and dinging it. Went there again recently as I was in a rush to get a wof. Failed my car for "low rear tyre tread". When measured said tyres they had approximately 2.0-2.5mm of tread left. Legal limit is 1.5mm..

I arrived on a Friday at 7:50am, and was second in line, they started my WOF pretty soon after opening at 8, and were done quickly. Lots of staff beavering away, and things seemed to be going smoothly

WORST WOF EXPERIENCE EVER! Will never use Safedrive again! On 1 Feb, Safedrive failed my 2020 Honda (with only 10,371 km) because the inspector "did not like the look" of the suspension—without even performing a road test! Concerned for my safety, I took the vehicle to an authorised agent for repairs, only to be told that the suspension was functioning as designed. There was nothing to fix! I informed Safedrive of this and even provided the agent’s name and contact details, asking them to either review and pass the vehicle or issue a full refund. Instead, they demanded a formal letter on company letterhead, signed by the authorised agent and delivered to them—a requirement NOT mandated under the VIRM! On 12 Feb, Cyclespot passed the WOF on the first inspection with no issues. Your comments are nonsensicle!!! Please explain to me how the authorised agent issued a Wof on 1st inspection with No issues on the 12th Feb unless the suspension performed as designed by the OEM!!!!???

Huge line of cars and just watched the workers slowly meander around, have chats, and sip their coffee….. Spent nearly two hours here on a Friday morning. It truly felt like this place has no respect or consideration for people’s time
