William Sanders Retirement Village

As the main caregiver for my mother, I can not recommend the hospital level of care highly enough. The staff were kind, compassionate and no issue was too big a problem. Even the maintenance team put up my mothers paintings and photos beautifully and mum had a lovely green view out to Mt Victoria. Sadly my mother only had a short time there, but I will be forever grateful for their care and the loving and peaceful place that was created for her.

Wonderful village. New, gorgeous, lovely friendly staff, good food, and good care. I look after my uncle, whose 81, he's in a wonderful serviced apartment and is very happy to be here.

William Sanders Village Devonport retirement home is a true gem! As a florist, we've had the pleasure of providing flowers to this retirement home, and I must say, it's been a delightful experience. We have recently spent time looking for a place for our elderly parents. Scott the sales manager was truly the loveliest man who gave us a generous amount of time showing us the options for our parents. All the staff we meet were gentle and friendly at this beautifully appointed retirement residence. I am sure that your parents would be extremely well cared for in this environment . We regularly visit our mother here at the weekend. It's nice to go to the Cafe and enjoy amazing coffee from the mature guy who makes coffee of high standard that you would find in any city Cafe

It's always a worry when it comes time for your folks to move out of their home and into a retirement village. What are regarded as small issues when you are younger become big issues of concern for older folk, and there are plenty of those when moving. The Rymans WSRV in Devonport has to the best at what they do - they really have perfected customer relations and making issues that concern incoming residents go away. Kindness, patience, thoughtfulness, generosity, and friendliness are all hallmarks that I have observed at first hand from their senior management and it reflects down the chai to all their staff. The village is immaculate and built to a very high standard - nothing seems to phase these good folk who have everything well organized, deal with matters in a calm and efficient way, and operate what I would regard as a world class facility. It was nice to depart from the site knowing my parents were happy and in good hands.

My father was in the Resthome area then the hospital ward until he died recently, my mother is in the Special Facility. I could not rave about the staff and the facilities enough to do them justice. Ive looked at a few facilities and this is top of the range. Its beautiful, well run and with a real sense of home and caring.
