Electrician arrived as instructed and during the stormy Auckland weather. He was polite, friendly and informative whilst getting on with the work and teaching the young trainee he had with him. His patience to the tasks, means I do not have to replace the glass shades that can be a problem to take off/on. Thank you for the excellent service.

This is my first time using this company and it definitely won’t be my last. They were quick to respond to queries and let me know what was happening every step of the way. Great fadt, punctual, and professional service on a Sunday afternoon. Price a but too high though. Even I don't have money issues, I thought twice about the cost and maybe waiting until Monday morning.

John was a lifesaver when he came over to troubleshoot our category five malfunctioning fire alarm at 3.30am this morning. We were beside ourselves (the alarm definitely is loud enough) but he calmly found the issue quickly and even praised some of the work we’d done to try and fix it. Highly recommended. ✅

The office people were very efficient and kept me in touch with details of the work done.
