Overall service is amazing, I have two faulty lights and I involved my agent, they lodge the work request with Marshall Electrics, and the customer service called me the day after to schedule for service, she was friend and nice! I have Francois who came to service the lights, he is very professional and on time to repair the lights in no time and even answers all my zero knowledge about lights! I really appreciate it. I will definitely highly recommend Marshall Electrics to everyone!

When the heatpump didn't heat, I called Marshall Electrics. The response was prompt. I was politely told on chilly days, the heater took time to heat. That made sense. I had been thinking you just turn on the heat pump and hot air will be instant. While nothing was wrong, it was good to have a full maintenance check. Thank you Marshall Electrics.

Great team, was punctual and great communication. They also were very mindful of working indoors and cleaned everything. Didn’t have to worry about having them move around the house with kids around. Technician that came out was very friendly and explained how to use the new product which was just an example of going above and beyond. The whole process from first contact to completion have been very smooth and appreciate their service. Will highly recommend this business!!

Had an issue with our heat pump – Joe came round promptly, had a look, and advised us to move the console. It ran perfectly after that. He didn’t try to upsell or push for unnecessary upgrades, just gave honest, practical advice. Really knowledgeable and friendly guy. We’ll definitely be using them when we’re ready to upgrade the house. Highly recommend – a genuine, helpful team.
