Bad service. My payment went but the dryer didn't work, so I tried calling the number several times, no one is answering. I tried to press the start button n the machine and it started working, so I left. After 1 hour I go back to the laundromat and found out that the clothes are still wet, turned out that the dryer didn't work at all. I called their number again, finally someone answered after several calls. They don't do the refund, so I told them I'm going back tomorrow and they said to call them again tomorrow once I get there to start the dryer for me, so that's what I did. After few calls, someone answered but she put me on hold twice, the line kept cuting out, so I called them again. They couldn't start the machine right away, the line always cut out, they don't answer the call. I was mad! I've wasted my time and my petrol. So I paid again just to be over with it. I called them again to let them know I was frustrated, but the lady just said "ok, bye!" Then hang up! What a rude lady! Hope your business will last. Reallly!!

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Crystal Laundromat in Massey. I had issues with the washing machine where my clothes got stuck and it kept showing an error message for 30 minutes. I called the emergency contact listed on the poster, but no one answered—again. This is the second time I’ve had an issue and couldn’t reach anyone at all. I tried paying again, and the machine took my money but didn’t work. After waiting over an hour and pressing the button multiple times, the machine finally let me open the door. Now I have to wait another 40 minutes just to dry my clothes. This isn’t the first time my payment has been taken without the machine working—I let it slide last time, but this time I would really appreciate being contacted regarding a refund. The contact details clearly need to be updated, and the lack of support is extremely frustrating.

I love coming here to do my laundry, there are plenty of washing machines and dryers available. The space is always well maintained, and very clean and I love that they provide laundry baskets and step-ladders for customers to use (so handy when you're too short and can't see where the detergent and fabric softener goes). A huge thank you and gratitude to Manaia and Becky who regularly ensure this business is kept clean, tidy and a pleasure to use the facilities. Manaia said she cleans the washing machines 3 times daily and that gave me some peace of mind. And the previous time I was here, Becky was sweeping and mopping the concrete floor, it was so shiny and clean. Love both your mahi to ensure it's clean and hygienic for us all to use

Called helpline number they give n the lady was so rude to the point saying it was my fault the machine was working n hanging the phone. So unprofessional and couldn’t even stay on the line to apologise for being in the wrong. Need better customer service especially when they happily take your money.

Laundry with a great view and plenty of car park. Fully automated laundry, with easy to use and functioning washers and dryers. Self service vending machines for detergent powder, conditioner and even snacks while you wait.

Best place! Diy, no need for change and easy to use. Enter and put your washing or drying into a machine, remember the number and go to the screen at the front. There you can choose how long to dry (haven't tried the washing yet) and pay via card. User friendly and very clean facilities! Will definitely recommend!
