I had an early Saturday morning hot water calamity so needed to turn all the water off to the house. I rang them and spoke to the on call service person. It sounded like I might have woken him up! He told me he'd be with me at 10, and he was. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and managed to have the water back on in 30 minutes. I am very grateful for the rapid response and resolution to my hot water woes. Fully recommend these wonderful humans - I've needed to use them 3 times over the past 3 years and, while they are not the cheapest, they do quality work and they show up when they say they will. Can't get better than that!

Very efficient service from Penny and Jazz. Penny follows up on getting the information required for gas leak. Jazz is friendly and takes the time to explain what he has done and checks that the gas supply is working properly before he left. Invoicing was super fast too.
