We decided to future proof our drain due to climate change but wanted to save money and keep the top grates. Watkins were the only ones who quoted for this without trying to upsell us and were also the cheaper quote. I was happy to proceed due to the great google reviews and can confirm they are well founded. Friendly service, a great job, and when I wanted something sorted afterwards, they came back within the day to fix it. Highly recommended.

Watkins Plumbing, their customer service is the best in west Auckland. They’re fast and very reliable, friendly and professional. We have been using their services for the last 20+ years. We have no complaints whatsoever. They have helped us during our home renovations and one off call service as well, they are very prompt in providing their services. Watkins Plumbing arrived on time. Person was very polite. Explained everything very clearly. Tidy in presentation. Set about his task quickly and was very tidy, cleaning up very well after his job was completed. Showed me the part needing replacement and told me all about the issue and repair. This was a blown hot water cylinder element. Wonderful service and professional company.

Thank you so much Watkins Plumbing. My email was responded to promptly and someone was over the next morning. Problems from the smallest room in the house are never pleasant, but John was very professional and genuinely lovely to deal with. He came up with a solution, quickly got the parts needed, and had the job done within the hour it seemed. Furthermore, he took the time to answer my questions and obviously had a wealth of knowledge. Pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommended won't be going anywhere else in future.

Watkins Pluming did an excellent job installing my new water pump. Within 3 1/2 hours of my initial inquiry to Brett he sourced a new pump and had it installed by his team. Very happy to recommend them. Great advice and service.
