First Choice House Inspections completed a pre-purchase building report for a planned property transaction. They were able to undertake the work at short notice and were happy to fit in with other contractors. Their report was very extensive, thorough, delivered promptly and was easy to understand. Dave was a very knowledgable professional who was happy to share his skills and experience. Cannot recommend First Choice House Inspections highly enough.

Dave is amazing and I would recommend him in a heartbeat!!!!
He was asked by the purchasers to do an inspection of the house which we were selling. During that period, I watched him and seen the way he checked on things. He was very thorough, honest, very detailed, professional, easy to deal with and respectful. I was very impressed and asked him for his details. Few months down the line we bought our house and guess who we called for the house inspection to be done??? Not Ghostbuster ....but Dave!!!! Again, no hesitation...none whatsoever in recommending Dave for a house inspection.

I contacted Dave at First Choice House Inspections. He was polite, professional and courteous. I was a bit confused with the online form and he talked me through it. Dave contacted the real estate agent and a two hour thorough inspection was completed the following day. This was the first time I have needed to obtain a builders inspection and Dave was very patient with me and explained the process in a way I was able to understand. Dave worked directly with the sellers agent to book in a time and get the inspection done, which made it completely hassle free for me. The full report was then in my inbox first thing the following morning, including pictures and descriptions of everything - which made it very easy to read and follow. I would recommend Dave to all my friends and family!
