In my experience Sheena was very caring and knowledgeable. Very patient in answering my many questions and explaining her reasons for treatment. Sheena didn't do unnecessary tests or over prescribe supplements (which I have experienced with other Naturopaths). Very generous with her time and great value for money.

Sheena has an insane amount of knowledge!
I have tried coming off the Hormonal contraceptive pill multiple times with awful side effects. Sheena has finally helped me make it possible - I’ve been off for a total of 3-4 months now and am feeling better than ever!

Sheena's advice and expert knowledge has completely turned my health around! For years before I saw her I battled chronic fatigue and host of other symptoms - I was getting nowhere with my GP and consequently was becoming more and more ill. Within a short time Sheena figured out my main issue and a healing protocol to rectify it. I am so grateful for her kindness and rigorous practice - she is exceptional at her job.

Sheena is amazing, she asked me questions that no doctor ever asked me in my life (and I've been to so many). She made me change how I see food & my body in a very profound and beautiful way. She literally saved me from almost 2 years of chronic PMS and migraines, plus I'm now feeling much better about my eating choices. I went to many doctors before and all they wanted was for me to go on strong medicines with so many side effects (treating the symptoms but not the cause, and creating other symptoms), but Sheena took a different approach and it worked, I'm feeling so good. So grateful to have found her, highly recommend! She is also a lovely person, very nice to chat to. 5 stars all the way
