The only thing I’d say is that when I’m searching for books it would be great if you could filter by size. I’m a weirdo that doesn’t like Mass Market Paperback size. Whether it’s soft or hard cover I like them around the same size. Will make the book search less time consuming to have that information.

Decided to try this florist as had heard good things about it. Ordered in store and paid $75. Was very disappointed with the bouquet as it was very sparse and small – at best $50 worth of flowers. Staff were lovely.

I am very disappointed by the bouquet of flowers I ordered before 9.30 from Wild Bunch florists yesterday for a friend’s birthday today. I requested a bouquet of flowers in the pastel range as seen on their website and paid $120.00 which was more than the cost shown on their website plus $18.00 delivery. Whilst the bouquet arrived in the requested timeframe it was in my view, extremely disappointing and nothing like the photos portrayed on your website. The predominant flower in this bouquet was daisies!!!! I would not use this company again.

Arranged for self pick up. Missed my order for valentine’s day. I was already in a rush to work, and was relying on public transport. Was asked to wait while they made my order on the spot. This was fine. However because I was really in a rush and was not able wait, I requested whether the order can be delivered instead. To New Lynn Auckland (not outside of Auckland or any other places that are far away). However, was told that it cannot be done. Then now I have to find a way to make a trip to shop again before the close of business just to get the flowers. For the occasion today. In many instances other businesses may offer to deliver out of goodwill/inconvenience but nope. Not this one. Fairly disappointed.
Edit review: flowers for valentine’s day received. Some of the flowers and leaves have unfortunately wilted (pictures attached). I don’t expect anything from the shop. Just very disappointed with my purchase experience this time.

The young lady who we met greeted us warmly despite not having a pick up appointment. When I told her what is was we were collecting an item that i had purchased without my wife knowing and I wanted to surprise her ,she joined in the fun.
