I bought a laptop from tech crazy and soon after I started having issues with my screen. When it started getting bad I contacted them and they were very helpful offering solutions. It was an easy fix just changing the settings. Absolutely amazing customer service all over email. They are so kind and I’m very impressed with the service and their understanding. Definitely recommend!

Bought a laptop, keyboard wasn't fully operational (some letters and numbers were not working on the keyboard). Was offered replacement which I collected from the Manukau branch. Got home and the speaker was blown. Let them know and was told I could get a better model but would have to pick up from the Massey branch. So I drove out there and made the exchange. The gentleman at the Massey branch tested the keyboard and speaker on site, and I left. The battery doesn't last long, but I can accept that as the laptop is refurbished and I didn't want to go though a third round of replacements. The gentleman I spoke to on the Techcrazy helpline was very polite and apologetic about the rigmarole, so thank you for your great customer service. Three stars for the overall experience.
