8/05/25 When the store opened at 9am this morning, I was the first customer. I was greeted warmly by a staff member who was very kind and willing to help me find the dress I was looking for as a Mother's Day gift for my mother. The size I wanted was not on display, but the staff was very helpful and kind enough to look at the back stock room for the size dress I wanted. Thank God, there was stock in the size I wanted. I had a great experience overall, and the staff was really helpful in processing my order at checkout. I would absolutely shop here again and highly suggest this store to anyone searching for nice, high-quality Polynesian clothes. The customer service is immaculate.

I ordered my daughters white sunday dress from another supplier and when it arrived, it was quite tight and not what we thought it would be so being the week before white sunday, I looked up other NZ suppliers and came across BFF boutique. It was 7pm at night on a sunday but in my desperate times to find something knowing time was not on our side, I called the cellphone number listed. It was answered by a beautiful lady who answered all my questions and was super keen to help this mama in distress. Straight after our call, she assisted me via messenger to pick a design and try and match a size for my daughter based on photos I supplied. We made a decison and order was placed sunday night. Yesterday (Wednesday morning) our package arrived. Super quick service! We just tried it on this morning and it fits as if it was custom made for her Fa'afetai lava team for the great service, communication and assistance. Going above and beyond for your customers. Absolutely outstanding customer service, speed of service and quality. I highly highly recommend I bought 2x girls body con dresses and a matching shirt for my Son in the Elei design. The quality is divine and the sizing is spot on. This was a last minute purchase before Samoan White Sunday and so I sent through a desperate request for my order to please be sent super fast to which they kindly responded and got it to me over night and right in time!
