I went to Astra Bridal, Auckland, Newmarket back in November of 2024. I booked relatively late, but they were happy to see me anyway. Not only that but Brooke and the team treated my friends and I so hospitably. Brooke's suggestions based on the Pinterest vision board I sent her were so good despite how varied the designs I liked were. February, this year, it was time to lock in a dress and of all the places I had been to my experience at Astra Bridal was memorable, not only that, but they were the most willing to work with me in terms of payment plans. They really made it feel possible for me to find and afford the dress of my dreams whilst staying in the budget I had set for myself. The ladies in Astra are talented, warm, and generous with their time. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a wedding dress or just wanting to try some on for the sake of knowing what suits you.

I had an amazing experience at Astra bridal and found my dream wedding dress! Ilyese and the team were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable and excited to try on dresses and live my princess fantasy I’m plus size and have a large chest so I was kind of dreading wedding dress shopping as I wa expecting to not be able to fit into anything and only be left with a couple of choices. I’d also resigned myself to having to wear a bra on my wedding day and staying away from strapless styles. BUT Ilyese gave me so many beautiful options and wa super mindful of the need for extra boning in the bust and I was able to go with an off the shoulder dress I loved! Bonus was Ilyese finding me a gorgeous full glitter veil. I felt seen, heard and beautiful at Astra. I can’t thank the team enough for their help and would highly recommend Astra bridal to any bride ❤️
