Would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely disgraceful. They charged our long-term tenants $300 for an exit clean for a one bedroom unit. The tenant provided us with the invoice upon completion as proof of undertaking. We checked through the detailed invoice at the final inspection and it was clear they had not completed what they had charged for. The oven was left filthy. There were cobwebs remaining throughout the property. The grime on the shower linings was visible and could be easily scraped with a fingernail. They hadn't touched the range hood. The list goes on (photos below are a small selection) When they were approached about this their attitude was surly, argumentative and unhelpful. They did relent and agree return to rectify these matters however we still had to ask our cleaners to go through and re-clean some areas as they still weren't up to a reasonable clean standard (specifically the oven and range hood) sadly costing the tenant more money which I am sure, this company will not entertain refunding them. I feel for our tenants and that is why I am compelled to write this. Absolutely would never recommend these guys to any of our clients In response to the below reply At the time of the final inspection the property was found to be less than reasonably clean. Our tenants had in good faith paid $300 for exit clean for a one bedroom property. We shared the photos and videos taken at the time of the final inspection (after these cleaners had been through) with the tenants and informed them that the cleaners they had employed had clearly failed to do what they had invoiced for. Having obligations to our clients to ensure a property is returned in a reasonably clean condition we suggested to our tenants that they insist their cleaners return. The cleaners messaged me. We suggested they collect the key from our office. They refused. The cleaners were at this point aggressive and threatening like many people have noted in previous reviews Our purpose was to avoid the tenants having more deductions made from their bond for additional cleaning when they had made all efforts to ensure they met with their responsibilities. Never had we agreed to be present at the time of a return visit. Arrangements were made between the tenant and the cleaner. We granted access after conclusion of the tenancy with no charge in the hope that this issue would be rectified for the sake of the tenants The cleaners returned after much reluctance to rectify the items as per photos below (these were taken after their initial visit and after they had charged $300) we can also provide further photos of their attempt at a second clean and there is little difference between the two. We are also happy to provide statements from our cleaner relating to the condition he found the property to be in at this time. We contacted our landlord and informed them of the difficult position the tenants were in due to the incompetence of these cleaners. The landlord agreed to let the other issues pass but did insist, quite fairly so on having the oven cleaned. We therefore had to ask our own cleaners to go through. Luckily they did not charge our tenants full price and we were able to negotiate with them a far smaller charge to reduce the bond deduction, not thanks at all the snap cleaners. They would no doubt have refused to return a third time and have yet to offer our clients an apology or a refund. Had our landlord not agreed to overlook other issues and had our cleaner not agreed to help these tenants would be severely out of pocket. This company did not have our tenants best interests at heart. They have been quite happy to take our tenants money and have in return offered no actual service. All too often in our industry do we see companies like this take advantage. In this case and as I suspect in the cases below instead of taking responsibility for their failings they prefer to project a fake narrative of events to distract from the fact that they have done a sub par job The photos speak for themselves.

Worst cleaners ever. Genuinely consider this a scam. Agreed to cleaning cost of $375+GST, they showed up late & looks like they didn’t even clean anything. Very disappointing, stay away from this service.

I don’t leave bad reviews lightly but do not recommend this cleaners. The people they sent to clean do not even know how to clean, this is not a professional clean job. They run by the service of ‘check the work when done’ but when you’re in the middle of moving between two houses you don’t have the time to check the work - you pay for a proper professional job to save you time and effort. We mutually agreed to 20% off the clean job after much back end forth and arguing and me agreeing because it was just not worth my time. But why should I have had to pay for any of it when the job they did doesn’t even meet close to the service being offered. In saying that, the couch and carpet cleaner was incredibly professional and did a great job. If the owner of this company replies with a challenge to this review - simply check the photos , that’s the only proof anyone needs who is right or wrong in this situation. Train your cleaners.

Very happy with my cleaning service that snap cleaning provided. They completed an end of lease clean for a small 1 bedroom + ensuite (flat share space). I Was happy with the price and overall completion of the cleaning job. Two people arrived and got the job done in an hour and no complaints would totally reckon this cleaning service provider.

We recently hired these cleaners for our flat for a move-out deep clean and they definitely scammed us. Not only did they not clean to the standard agreed upon (fully missed areas completely), they also showed up late. it almost looked like they didn't clean anything because of how much dust, kitchen surfaces, shower scum and exposed shelves that were left unclean. I would not recommend them!

Great service. Easy to book and good communication. I was very impressed with the standard of clean. Would highly recommend Snap Cleaners for an end of tenancy clean, they made our move carefree. Thank you very much!

I never usually write reviews, however I am beyond disappointed with this cleaning service. I booked a move in clean for our new home, it needed to be done after settlement and booked cleaners to arrive at 6pm. At 6.17pm they hadn’t arrived so I contacted the manager, he said they should have contacted me, he called them then called me back and he said they were running late at a job nearby and would be there in 10-15min. He suggested I leave the key out, text them the location and come to check the clean at the end. I texted the cleaners the location of the key, and heard nothing. I came back at 8.40pm to check they’d gotten in ok and how it was coming along, they had, in their words "just arrived" due to "car trouble because of the rain and weather". I walked them through the property and pointed out specific issues, then asked them how long they thought it would take. They said approx 4 hours. As this would take the clean past midnight, I said I wouldn’t be coming back to check the job that night and would check in the morning. When we arrived (on move in day) in the morning, the job was done to a bad standard. It honestly felt like it hadn’t even been done at all. There were smears on the walls, where it looked as though dirt had just been moved around, the shower was grimy and many spots missed, as was the floor. The carpet looked like it had barely been hoovered. The stovetop was filthy. The oven clean, which I paid extra for was to a good standard and I appreciate that. When I contacted the manager he said that the cleaners stayed ‘until 2am’ and with much back and forth about reduction in cost or having someone come to rectify, he sent invoice with a 25% ‘discount’. We had to spend 4+ hours cleaning the house on moving day before putting our belongings away as the job was just not satisfactory at all. What a waste of $308. I will not be using this service again. The manager said if I wasn’t happy with the time the cleaners arrived I had ample time to cancel, free of charge, I had no idea the cleaners were only arriving at 8.30pm, my previous communication had indicated they would already be about 2 hours into the clean. If the cleaners come late and choose to clean until 2am that is none of my business, and there is no way I would be staying up to come and inspect at that time of night. See attached pics for yourself.
