Took them three months to replace Smile5 inverter under warranty and despite requests for an explanation or comment., no response. Unable to access the battery or over half the array when we needed it most, not their problem. Now that it's replaced and working again the actual workmanship has also let them down, paint scraped off, used to be aligned as designed, now looks cheap! Sent them pictures but no comment, seems to be their MO.
