South Auckland Taxi

Our driver Ratan advised when he picked us up from airport and dropped our accommodation that we could call him direct and gave us his card, we called on our day of departure and he said he would pick us up if we paid extra to which we refused he then said we paid over $200 for Pink tickets so why dispute a bit extra on the fare and also said "well what if I don’t pick you up" all we wanted was a ride to the airport if he couldn’t do it he should have just said and we would’ve organised alternate transport…very disgusted we had been having the best weekend and wasn’t a good way to end our trip

Worst Dodgy taxi . We came first time from australia to auckland airport. The driver from south taxi was standing there and they are not the certified taxis which auckland airport use. We have to go to the city centre and he asked us to pay 140$. Dont use this taxi at auckland airport there is a proper designated area for the taxi rank .

Dangerous driver in taxi GDS324. Very close passed me (felt the side of his van on my arm), on my bike at speed when another car was in the lane next to us. Lights in front were red anyway so completely unnecessary risk.

Waited almost 45 minutes at the Veterinarian, so rung back but got told they had no idea when mybta I would be available - I ended up walking home with my sick kitten and my annoyance. PS in all fairness they have been very reliable in the past. Hopefully it was a bad day for them and it's good buisness as usual.

Great service he was friendly but he was going to take a long route to our doctors if we didn’t tell him to take the shortcut.. Dad was very sick and was already told him before hand but anyways that’s what it think.

Unfortunately the company I work for regularly uses this company. From many experiences I can confirm that they are absolutely hopeless. Their vehicles are old, worn out and disgusting. None of their vans would score a single star on any safety rating in the last 10 years. They often miss bookings all together and are almost always late. They only get 1 star because 0 is not an option. If I never have to use this company again it would be to soon. I really hope our company stops using this 3rd world joke of a business.

It's hard to explain, the worst thing is they aren't consistent. But the drivers when I can get one are lovely and efficient it's more the dispatch who need training and it's fine if I can get past them to a supervisor, but then the staff say there are no supervisors on so stuck in limbo...and where are all the vans? If anyone has a van be an uber or a taxi driver..I can never get a van
