Extremely dissapointed in a recent property purchase that Breana was working on for us. After settlement, we addressed our various concerns to Braden who said he will come back to us but we are still awaiting 6 months down the track. Been a client for many years but due to lack of response to our concerns we had to take our business elsewhere.

We were put onto Hayley Motion from Sutcliffe Matson through our mortgage broker Toni Dawson from The Loan Market. Even though we have our own solicitor we went through Hayley so we had no stress and worry about sorting anything out. 100% happy we did, Hayley was great, always available and always responded to our messages. The process on settlement day was completely hassle free and Hayley was in touch keeping us in the loop of what was happening. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending her at all to anyone.

Sutcliffe Matson Law have looked after us for all our property sales over the years and they have been professional, easy to deal with and make the entire process stress free.
They are always prompt with getting back to us even though we reside in Australia and accurate with all their paper work etc. All of our dealings have been through Hayley and she is the reason we keep returning. Hayley is such a special person, a real pleasure to work with and so patient as I get very busy working from home and cannot always attend to things when I should.
