新年第一天泳池也开着,真是省心带娃了。5岁以下连家长都不要钱?只是要下水陪着?貌似如此。本地朋友安排的活动。太好玩儿了!怪不得孩子都不肯走。

Great pools for kids and adult spa pool and sauna. , would give 5 star as they need more seats around the facility, improvements could include more seating, a picnic area on the grass area outside.
Karlene Walker (☆ 4/5)

One of the best toddler activities to do on the North Shore, only $1 to visit. Very clean and safe.

Highly recommend. Good service and wonderful environment. My little one really enjoyed the swimming lesson with experienced and patient coaches. The swimming pool is warm enough to everyone in winter time. Also, we love the macarons in the shop.

I attended Candi’s Zumba and Pilates classes in January this year at Albany Stadium Pool whilst on holiday in Auckland. Candi’s classes were awesome! Candi is one of the best fitness instructors in the business. She makes all of her classes fun to attend. Candi has a fun, vibrant personality who cares for the participants in her class. She always explains the moves in her classes making her classes easy to follow. I strongly recommend attending one of Candi’s classes! Please note she also teaches Barre and Yoga classes. Check the timetable to see her availability.
Glenn Hardeman (☆ 5/5)

Awesome public pool, with heaps of toys and water games. Plenty of changing room for singles and families. For accompanying adults, it’s only $1 fee and kids enter free of charge. There is sauna e hot spa for adults. The huge climbing wall is the main attraction, you go up to 3 meters high and dive 3 meters deep! Great place to hide from the strong sun during these hot days.

Signed up for a 12 week membership to steam, sauna and swim. Only 10 bucks for the first 12wks! Love it! My kids didn’t think I would go! Hah! I go early in the morning so my exercise for the day is done. Family changing rooms, lockers, slow swim lanes, good sauna and steam room and then the spa. Ahhhhh so good.

I love the morning Aqua Aerobics classes in the wave pool that Megan facilitates while Augustine shadows. Great energy, positivity, and feel-good vibes are brilliant. I love that we can sing along to the music and make new friends during the class. The camaraderie is uplifting and encouraging

Everything about this facility is great, gyms, pools, spas, saunas, and great group fitness. The staff and trainer consultants are very friendly and professional. My favourite part is gym where I am getting step by step to my goal by professional programme from the best personal trainer, Noah.
Kdkd (☆ 5/5)

This is my go-to pool. Since it’s the closest, this is where I go every time I need to refresh myself or remember how flying feels like.
The only thing that annoys me is when someone leaves a poo in the pool and forgets to pick it up and by that I just mean CODE BROWN. It closes the whole big pool which leaves me to splash around in the toddlers area. Also maybe it’s just my luck but it feels like a lot of times I go here there has been max capacity, lifeguard training, spontaneous pool cleaning or something that has stopped me from swimming in the pool. I wish they would stop these things so that the public (me) can count on the pool being open and being the bearer of fun times.

Customer Reviews
Pretty good place to swim at however it does get a bit cold sometimes especially in winter. Usually in holidays the fun lane at daytime does get quite a lot of people going there. They have really nice staff there and are very helpful. The elevator which is outside the doors below the stairs to the left sometimes does take a while for it to come down and open sometimes. Its pretty nice since most of the time in the mornings all the other lanes do not have much people swimming there so theres usually plenty of lanes.
Ethan (☆ 5/5)

Glenfield Pool is an awesome place to chill and have fun. The sauna and steam room are super relaxing – just what you need after a long day. For the kids, there’s heaps to do: a cool waterslide and even a diving platform they’ll love. The whole place feels friendly and clean, and it’s a great spot whether you’re coming with the family or just want some quiet time to unwind.
Katy Kiwi (☆ 5/5)

The swimming facility isn’t very large, but it has a big pool, a small pool, a hot spring pool, and a sauna. There is a café outside. Parking at the entrance can be tight, but you can park in the mall nearby. One advantage is that adults who are just supervising their children can enter for free. As a result, many swim schools hold their classes here.
Vicky Lee (☆ 3/5)

It’s quite astonishing to see reviews where parents complain about their kids being told off by lifeguards. It’s a public place with set rules for their safety, and your undisciplined child needs to abide by them. A lot of parents don’t bother to control their kids, allowing them to leave the fun lane, encroach into the regular swimming lanes, and disrupt the flow of other swimmers.
I do agree with some other reviews that too many classes are being held, making it difficult for regular adult swimmers to find enough space. However, that’s just how it is. The learn-to-swim class schedules are available on the website, so we can try to avoid the busiest times.
One suggestion I have is regarding the mold in the showers. Sometimes it’s so bad that it seems like a potential health and safety issue. More frequent cleaning is recommended for the shower facilities.
Overall, the place is managed reasonably well for the price and its convenient location.
Min (☆ 4/5)

Hats off to the pool staff – they dealt with a serious incident today phenomenally well. Awesome mahi!
Facilities clean and plenty of changing rooms, showers etc. As for the hydroslides, if you’re not an adrenaline junkie then avoid the right-hand slide and stick to the left.
Miriam Harward (☆ 5/5)

Very good pool. Some lifeguards cool. Just they wont let u to do manus. You get kicked out for 3 yrs Also Pool changing room very gnarly.
Clicking King (☆ 4/5)

It has a good gym facility, just wish I could use the benefits of the pool more with my son (toddler), but the main pool is way to cold and toddler pool get at capacity pretty fast.Other leisure centers we’ve been to the main pools have been a comfortable temperature where you can actually enjoy it and not feel like your swimming outside.Would be nice if they had some activities in the kids pool not just a small rectangle.

Yesterday was our 1st time here, for PASG play, picnic, pool day . Wow 1 stop shop for your leisure activities, we play at the courts baskets, hula hoops, bouncy castles. Then, had a picnic outside, there’s a BBQ out there, and then had the pools all too ourselves . Toddler pool, walking pool, bombing pool, the pool with the slide and the spa pool was my favorite. Staff were all helpful, friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking, disability toilets, disability friendly and the family changing rooms had enough room for us to shower and change. Excellent all round, thank you so much for a great day. Awesome facility ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve being going to the Ōtāhuhu Pools and Leisure Centre since i was a little kid, and my experience is always positive. From the moment I walk in, the facilities is always clean. The staff at the front desk are incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure I know what is available and answering all my questions with a smile.
The pool area itself is fantastic. The main pool is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for both casual swimmers and those looking to do some serious laps. What really stands out to me is the dedicated family area, which includes a shallow pool for young children with water fountains and small slides. It is clear the kids are always having a blast, and the lifeguards are always attentive and friendly, ensuring everyone stayed safe.

Overall, just a great community spot that’s perfect for families. Definitely recommend checking it out!

The workers are very friendly. Excellent place to train. They opened a new gym with good cardio machines and racks. You can use the Spa, Steam and Sauna. There are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. Cameron Pool and Leisure is in the middle of a beautiful park with green areas, children’s play and parking.

A lovely leisure centre pool! Easy to sign up to the free trial. Absolutely not what I would call a gym though… Hence probably why it is classed as a leisure centre!

I had a disappointing experience with YCameron. When I signed up, I was never informed that canceling my membership would result in an extra month being added to my contract. My contract was set to end on December 25, but when I requested cancellation, I was told I had to pay for an additional month—something that was never clearly communicated upfront.
This feels like a sneaky way to charge members extra. I was transferred for work and hadn’t been using the facility for a while, yet they refused to waive the extra charge. Good customer service means being fair and transparent, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
I won’t be returning when I’m back in Auckland, and I’ll be advising my friends to be cautious before signing up. If you’re considering joining, make sure to read the fine print carefully—there’s always a catch.

Horrible respond and system.
I paid ahead for my daughter class on their website. I was charged double. When I ring around and ask. No one can answer me. Finally I got an email address and send. Waited 3 days to get response and saying no payment done to their account. Even I was proving all payment proof, no response from them. Please don’t trust them. I learn it by losing my money.

Please reopen the Nan’s pool for public use. This is a public swimming pool, however the kids pool (Nan’s pool) is closed to the public at all times except 2 hours on the weekend. I had a very disappointed toddler when I took him today. Nothing about the closure or timings that it’s opened on the website – they advertise the adults and kids pool available. I went to have a look and there were two kids having two private lessons. Doesn’t make sense that they’d close it the full day all weekdays, even through school holidays when there’s no classes.
I used to come here as a child to the pools and loved it because it’s where I learnt to swim. I hope they open the childrens pools again and the communication is improved.

This place is disappointing. It’s dirty, so dirty in the bathrooms/shower area I try to avoid at all cost. The pool and ground are also very dirty. The sauna is the worst sauna I’ve been in. It’s barely hot enough, and often the lifeguards forget to turn it on, or by 7:30pm they’ve turned it off even though it closes at 9. So many people complain and they don’t care. There are leaks and water dripping from the ceiling. There seems to be a distinct lack of care for people using the facilities. Oh, and they don’t answer the phone, so what is the point in having one?
I hope management starts to take seriously the feedback that has been continuously given to them.

This place needs a real good change. sauna is NEVER hot enough. Every one complaining about sauna temperature every time I am in there. Need to start listening to your customers but it seems by all the terrible reviews they don’t care. The showers aren’t consistent – From being freezing cold to too hot which is not good for small children! Twice now have almost fallen from stair master as it has not been turned on in the morning. Your staff needs to remember to turn all the machines on. Think this place needs some serious work before officials need to step in.

old school gym, very comfortable for newbies, decent price and all the usual equipment. air con works fine. i like the stairmaster, and someone said something about falling off it in a review, but it actually has a sign next to it saying to turn it on at the wall before using.

My little one recently started swimming classes here, and while I appreciated the enthusiasm of the instructors, I had some concerns about their qualifications and experience.
I was told that some of the instructors were still students themselves, which made me question their level of expertise and certification. As a student, I expect to learn from experienced and fully qualified instructors who can provide safe and effective guidance.
Also One more area for improvement is that the classes Sometimes didn’t start on time. However, the instructors made sure to wrap up the classes as scheduled. Starting late and finishing on time . Onther family also noticed and we discussed about the time how instructed started late and finishing on time.
Not going ahead with this swimming classes.. and also NOT recommend to anyone who’s wants they little on safe hand. Please teach your instructions make sure they not students.. bcoz this is not a joke.. for life safety.
NOT RECOMMENDED for swimming classes.

Outdoor pool area is great for kids, they have 2 diving boards, and 2 slides. Lots of tables for picnics but based on first in first serve. Indoor pool i find it too stuffy. Toilets/showers however need to be maintained, smelt like urine when we went.

Great front desk staff and great outdoor pool. My only complain is the sauna never works and better hygiene practices are needed. I found cockroaches on the steam room door. Management kindly take note.
