Love the new installation. Really sleek and stylish. The installation was seamless and clean without putting too many holes in the house. Requested them black brackets to match the roof color and now it looks awesome. Highly recommended if you want to freeze your electricity bills for a long time. Thank you Sushant Srivastava for his guidance in the switchover process and the Project Coordinator, Anamika for the ease in on-boarding.

They were incredibly accommodating at the time of installation, but once we moved house and were attempting to get the solar panels removed, we have had nothing but issues. The roof was left in a mess, as too our exterior wall where the battery was removed. Even though the contract states it will be left in a "reasonable condition", there was nothing reasonable about it!
Then not to mention we were still being charged even though we had cancelled. This was in August - and I am still dealing with it. They promise to rectify the issue over the phone, but then never put it in action. Worst customer experience I have ever had with a company!

My initial experience dealing with SolarZero was awesome but has dropped to being very disappointed!
Having 3 years operating with their set-up and charges through Ecotricity my own spreadsheet monitoring was showing great savings until the changed pricing structures notified in Sept 24. The monthly charges through Ecotricity have literally doubled and that is considering improved solar production & reduced grid draw.
SolarZero customer service promised to review and come back but nothing happened.
Not a happy customer!

The installation job was done professionally and without any issues. The testing period took a while as there were some issues with the battery not charging. I was not informed of it until I started monitoring it and asked about it. They were not proactive in informing me of the issue until I noticed it and contacted them. Their Customer Service representatives need to be more proactive and inform us of any delays especially if their goal is to save us money. As a result we are still not activated. By the time this gets sorted the summer time will be over and we will not be enjoying good savings on our power bill. Could be better.

Overall installation process was uninterrupted, and stress free, I was told the whole job would take one day, however it took two days. so, plan for two days off work. tidy workmanship, roughly two hours of no power, towards the end of the installation, while the connects are made.
I now have a V.P.P. (Virtual power plant) at my house.

We are very happy with our panels which were installed in 2019, and the support from solarZero. At first I was concerned that the panels would stand out as they are on the front of the house
but from the very beginning they just blended in.
The installation team were great to deal with too.
Earlier this year (2023) we had to have our roof painted. solarZero arranged for the installation team to come and remove the panels then reinstall them after the painting had been completed. Very easy process.
Also love it when our area has a power cut but our lights and power still works!
I have never had any issues when communicating with the solarZero team. Very satisfied with the product and the support.

I have had a bit of a disappointment with my dealings with Solar Zero initially great with the team but on the day of installation I was told that my switch board needed attention. Why was this not seen before they came. Then a staff member called Magda communicated with me and things were explained and she had good communication and I was so impressed.
Magda assisted with the new installation date and time, understood the issues I felt that I was having and the number of photos that are requested at the last minute was disappointing. Having a person like Magda who can be such a help and more explanations are explained and understood.
A lot of written material is sent to you which is the only communications, but Magda rang and provided all information and was so easy to talk to about Technical information.
Solar Zero are so lucky to have a staff member who is so passionate about her work and the company that she works for. Plus she is a true advocate having Solar Power her self, plus electric vehicle.
I have no hesitation in recommending to customers that they communicate with Magda for any information about Solar products. Many thanks for your assistance Magda and I am looking forward to Will and his team with the installation.
