My mum received such loving care here. And she was always praising the food. Daily activities, outings and caring staff.

My mother lives here, her caregivers are fantastic, and do a wonderful jo for her, and they live her. She can provide for herself just their guidance and help is needed. Thanks team

Never have I ever been so disgusted in the behaviour of a respite home. First things first before I even begin to explain why my family cannot wait to get my grandfather out of there let me just begin by saying in New Zealand we have 3 offical languages Sign language, English and Te reo maori. That means that when the people in your care want to speak Maori THE LAST THING YOU SHOULD DO IS TELL THEM TO "shut up or speak English" what in the world is wrong with your carers. Next the fact the the family were there to aid and look after him and your fabulous nurse thought it would be ok to shut the door in my aunties face. Your a respite care not a home. The way that your staff treat the people in your care is disgraceful and I'll be making sure everyone I know hears about it.

Absolutely shocking My grandmother was transferred here from middlemore for respite care It look them 24hours to change her adult pull up Her dinner came to her cold and asked them if they could heat it for her which they took it and never brought it back so had no food Staff get grumpy if you ring the bell for help or get phone calls from family and punish the residence buy shutting there door or leaving there light on all night and dont check on you Would never ever send my grandmother back here and will be laying a complaint with the ministry This is abuse and its discusting
