Second or third time through the years I have sent my daughter for a layered haircut and she comes back with trimmed hair in a line, slightly inverted at the front?!?! They do not understand layered hair. Flat line is not layered in anyway and I wouldn't pay $45 for a hair trim. Literally the last time I am going there. 3 stars because they do inverted Bob haircut quite well but don't go there for layers or long hair will only get trimmed in a line....boring as....so disappointed

I had a fantastic experience at The Cut Co! I got a layered cut and perm, and the results were exactly what I hoped for—full of volume, bounce, and perfectly styled layers. I came here today for a wash, cut and blow dry by Remi. As I’ve been travelling for 5 months, I was in desperate need of a haircut! Remi was fantastic - friendly, polite and welcoming. She listened to what I wanted and certainly delivered. I really appreciated how focused and precise she was, and took her time, even with the next customer waiting. This is a lovely hair salon and you won’t be disappointed. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for a lovely experience ‍♀️

I feel really disappointed having come to Cut Co on and off over the years. I went in wanting to ask for a small touch-up as I wasn’t really happy with the shape of my hair. Recently got a down perm over a no.6 undercut. They recommended that I can a number 4 on the base, so I obliged and they did so but now the number 4 is sticking out because true down perm was shaved off there. And so the undercut is flat at the top and puffy at the bottom. They should have understood that I had a down perm and foreseen that that would happen instead of advising otherwise? I am very upset with how my hair looks now, hopefully they pay closer attention to this factor in the future.

They pay attention to what you want and do that. I had such a wonderful experience, not just with the haircut but the whole treatment with the wash, blowdry and the wonderful attitude of staff. This will be my go to place from now on.

I had a great experience at the salon today! I went in for a haircut and blow-dry after a long time, and the stylist did an amazing job. She was very careful with the cutting and styling, and I love how they transformed my look. Both of the staff members were welcoming and sweet. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a fresh new style!
