Really enjoyed our return trip from Auckland City to Waiheke Island for a football match. We booked tickets online which was easy and I highly recommend. Also recommend getting there at least 40 minutes early to queue to ensure you get on. Journey is approximately 40 minutes. There is a shop you can purchase food and drink from (we didnt). Good toilet facilities providing free sanitary products for women. We unfortunately arrived back at the pier around 4.50pm and joined a long queue to catch the 5pm return ferry home but could not get on as it was full and had to wait for the 6pm ferry. There was a small cafe open so we were able to purchase a coffee and snack which helped pass the hour. Really enjoyed the return ferry ride to Auckland at night time. It was great being able to go upstairs on the roof area. The lights and views coming back into town was spectacular. Highly recommend a trip to Waiheke Island and catching the evening ferry to see the night lights ❤️

The ferry trip was fantastic! From the very start, the officers were incredibly helpful—guiding me to the right queue and explaining how to use the online ticket. Everyone on board was super friendly and welcoming. Despite the rain, the journey was thoroughly enjoyable. Thanks, everyone!

Took the boat and bus ride to Waiheke. Very excellent experience getting into the Island and back. It was a little choppy on the way back but nothing beyond splash and some excitement. Quick ticket buy, smooth operation, drinks on boat.. Waiheke was great but do plan your time and attraction with exact bus timing (it was very perfectly timed).

When in Auckland, another experience not to miss is Waiheke Island. I was not expecting much of it, but wow, what a magical island this is! Many wineries to visit and beautiful landscapes. The service of Fullers 360 with the boat and bus combo ticket is totally worth its money. Stop at the major stops on most of the island. We came in low season and the bus was once per hour which was a bit annoying sometimes, but with some planning you can do it. We even saw a pod of dolphins on the way back with the ferry! Really appreciated the bus driver named Victor, he was such an amazing and funny man and provided us with so much information while driving us around on the island. Give that man a raise!

Smooth and reliable ferry service from Auckland to Waiheke Island. The ride is comfortable, with plenty of seating and great views of the harbor. The ferries run frequently, making it easy to plan a day trip or longer stay. Staff are generally friendly and efficient. However, the ticket prices are a bit on the higher side, especially for non-locals, and during peak times, the ferries can get quite crowded. It would be great to see more options for off-peak discounts or additional seating during busy periods. Overall, a great way to get to Waiheke with minimal hassle. Would definitely use Fullers360 again!

Great 90 minute harbour cruise with fantastic views. Our guide Janet took fabulous pictures and was a mine of useful information. Ask her about the flags!!! Great trip. Great value.

Was a nice harbour cruise. Staff was helpful and quick to help without asking. The cruise itself was good, and to end it off with taking a photo of the sky tower in between Queen & Princess Wharf - stunning! Good for a little day trip etc. The only thing I would suggest is for the speaker on top deck to be abit louder as you can’t hear much.
