Auto Valet Car Wash Limited

I'm really disappointed! I paid 299 for a Grand interior with Ozone treatment. But glovebox was not cleaned, aircon vents still dusty although it said they will steam clean it in the package, the steel attached to the chairs was still oily and dirty, head liner was not cleaned and a lot more dust on the interior. I feel like they only did a normal interior wash. This was a total rip off.

Took My 7 Months Old Mitsubishi Outlander for Showroom detailing. Paid $109.00 dollars for 1 1/2 hours but got an average service. Windscreen was still dirty from inside and they didn't wipe down the interior properly. What a waste of Money will never go back again. Don't go there. The lady in the office keeps on asking more when you question her very bad customer service.

Took our van to this place on Wednesday and paid $230 for a shampoo of the car. Got the car back on Wednesday and aired it out for 2 days before putting the seats back today. When the seats were re-installed, water came out of the carpet and it smelled really bad the carpets had to be taken out of the car & re-washed. DO NOT BOTHER TAKING YOUR CAR TO THESE SCAMMERS. Paid them money for a service we didn't get! Your car will be taken care of properly with another valet or an actual professional. Never again UPDATE: The so called owner responded & mentioned the job being $69. Well he messed with the wrong one cos I come bearing receipts. We paid $230 for a shampoo & clean of the carpet. The water from all this crap work went through the carpet of the van and sat on top of the floor you can see in the photos. Our van was aired for 2 DAYS & when the chairs were put in the water came out through the carpets. Yes I called you on behalf of my husband who came with the car & your manager's excuse was "we did the job you needed to air out the car for a DAY" Well it took 2 days and the issue still happened. Also you mentioned I called you a racial slur. What exactly did I call you and lets pull up those calls to prove it! You did a crap job and not worth the money we paid then you try & downplay the crap service. Bottom line is- DO NOT USE THIS VALET PLACE. THEY WILL DO A CRAP JOB THEN TRY TO MANIPULATE YOU! What a joke

I have been going to Auto Valet Car wash for a while now. Every time they return my car it is always fresh & clean. Reasonable prices as well, i havent got any pics of my car before and after but I can guarantee these guys do a wonderful job. I will be booking my car in again in a fortnights time.

Went to the shop paid top dollar bought most expensive option available for interior . When i was called to pickup the vehicle which i did boot was dirty . ( no vaccum nothing ) which was performed in front of me which was supposed to be shampooed later they said there must have been some stuff in boot which led us to not to touch boot , in truth there was nothing in the boot not even an empty plastic bag . Upon reaching home i found cupholders dirty one ac vent not steamed someone put polish on windscreen which was almost impossible to remove . Upon calling them they said it was my responsibility to check car before taking it home and we do lot of cars not only yours ( why should i care about how many cars you do ? But you dud provide me most terrible service ). What is the meaning of car valet and paying 299$ for only interior clean ??? ( go and get training for grooming first, why open car valet business in the first place ). Bunch of untrained staff ( i don't blame them ) with a mixture of terrible management . One manager putting blame on another without taking collective responsibility for their mistakes . Owner was nice lady at the end offered to redo everything upon my explanation but lack of time and other factors led to never going there ever again . But just heads up . Edited Every single word i said in this comment is true and my personal experience i can pull out transaction from my bank to prove that i paid you for this service so stop saying its targeted or something perhaps check your records properly. I don’t aim anything against anyone ( everyone was super nice warm and welcoming in your shop) i am just stating pure facts what happened in my experience and seems from other reviewers i am not alone and yes boot was empty when i left car for cleaning and i did mention clear boot is empty i need it cleaned and yes i took car back showed it to the lady she offered to redo it but i never had enough time to go back don’t seems targeting to me dunno why you are getting so offended stating pure facts .

Terrible service, paid for coins for self wash, put into the machine and nothing happened, went to the staff to ask what was going on and they accused me of lying saying it’s been working all day. Just over all horrible experience. Highly don’t recommend. Not even a 1 star.

This company damaged my new vehicle and refused to accept it. The indian lady kept telling me a cloth could not damage my vehicle and made me look silly. The indian male manager yelled at me for 15 minutes and refused to refund my money or accept any faults. The reviews on this place are horrible and as it should be. Very unprofessional and rude. I will be making an official complaint to get them to fix this.
