Rub-A-Dub Valet Carwash

I had a very disappointing experience with Rub A Dub car valet company. From the beginning, the service was not what was advertised. What was promised as a professional and convenient service turned out to be the complete opposite. Ray, who I dealt with directly, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the process. Not only was his attitude dismissive and unhelpful, but he also made the experience uncomfortable with his tone and lack of basic customer service. To make matters worse, the service itself fell far below expectations. The communication was poor,. It felt like false advertising—what was promoted was simply not delivered. I would not recommend this company and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future

They did an amazing job cleaning my car. Even the little attention to detail of arranging / organizing the little things in my car wash very kind of them. Very polite and honest team

I paid for the KING VALET & LEATHER SEATS WIPED and Conditioned. The service provided for the $84 king Valet was terrible. They obviously missed the windows in the back of the car and breadcrumbs in back seats and front of car. Doors and windows still had sudges on them. Leather seats wiped and conditioned for $60. Seats were partly conditioned. They skipped some parts and forgot to wipe down other parts. Very careless work from whoever did my car. I pointed this out to one of their staff. He did apologize and took the car back. Unfortunately after returning with it, I did another check and still found breadcrumbs in between the seat belt clips locations and areas not wiped. I don't recommend this place to anyone because a $145 later, I was a very unsatisfied and disappointed customer. It was my first time and unfortunately it will be my last.

PLS WHOEVER WHO IS READING THIS, DONT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE! Please read all the reviews before trying to spend your money here if mediocre service is what you are wanting ! Really the worst car wash I have been to. I came here a year ago and they did a good job. This time I came here and the new owner , a middle eastern guy was despicably rude to me. The first instance when I walked in, I asked for an interior and exterior clean and he immediately tried to get me to book the most expensive package on the list and spoke to me like I was really stupid. I took the $55 dollar package on the poster. When my car came out the wheels were still dirty and rubbish was still not thrown out. I asked why were the rubbish not cleared, he said it should be thrown on the floor board then it’s called rubbish. I had tissue paper on my door handles, and that was not considered rubbish as he gave some lame excuse saying , there might be jewellery in the tissue, that’s why it was not thrown. I expected my car exterior to be spotless, but there were still water spots, my car wheels were still dirty inside, and the leaves were not cleaned inside my hood. He also said my car was really dirty! Well, isn’t that the reason why people spend so much to bring it to a proper car wash to get it spotless!!! I might as well got to Wash World or Wash Depot and wash the car myself if I wanted it this way!! When i pointed this out to the middle eastern guy, he began shouting and screaming at me, like i didn’t understand the package that was taken, and he made me feel really stupid. I will definitely take this further to the higher authorities. I felt intimidated when the guy screamed at me like it was all my fault and I’m really stupid for not understanding the package that was chosen!

Terrible service. I paid for a King Valet and specifically asked not to have the boot cleaned (as it has sports gear, boxes etc in it). When the car came out after it’s service the boot had been cleaned (not a problem at all) and my stuff rearranged (also not a biggie). However, one of the top panels on the ceiling of my boot had been popped out and not fixed. I tried to fix this myself on the spot but had no luck so asked the main attendant for his assistance. When I showed him the damage he immediately exclaimed "we didn’t do that, it was already like that". I responded that it was not like that before to which he laughed and replied "we had nothing to do with that, thats not part of our service". Terrible, terrible response. Simply make an attempt to help or ask the team what had happened rather than aggressively denying accountability. I won’t be returning here and would advise not using their services as I don’t trust they would take any accountability for damaging your car.

worst service i have ever been delt. open boot to be told they do not wipe down the inside of the boot lid this is not part of the service manager says to me that is why they are so cheap they do a cheap service other wise i must take it else where for better service. carpets not vacuumed properly again i am told they are a cheap service. $115 to me is not a cheap service for wash !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you cant even give them no stars Google makes you tick one star not even worth 1 star stay away from this company

Terrible experience. They somehow managed to bend my left wing mirror the wrong way, and I’m guessing they just tried to force it back into position (nothing was mentioned about the mirror when they gave me back my keys). Unfortunately I didn’t notice that the position seemed off at first. When I did notice as I was driving, I closed the mirrors using the button on the door, and then reopened them. The left mirror extended all the way out and then some, so that it was facing away from the car. When I got home, I turned off the car and held down the key’s lock button to close the mirrors. Once the left mirror had fully closed, the electronic closing sound kept going as if it was trying to close more, then made a crunching sound and the plastic popped out of place and won’t go back together. I’ll need to take it apart to HOPEFULLY be able to fix it. I should have gone back to them as soon as I noticed something was wrong, but after reading other reviews that describe the appalling responses they give to such complaints, I’m glad I didn’t. I wouldn’t of bothered leaving a review if it wasn’t for the damage, but it’s worth noting that the exterior cleaning job was also extremely poor and the inside of my car smelt of body odour when I got back in it. Avoid this place like the plague.
