Amazing staff! We have visited a few car dealers and it was hard to get anyones attention. But all the staff at Trust Motors were really welcoming, they had such a good vibe and were great to deal with. Everyone introduced themselves to us as we were walking around.

Louis escorted us in kept us engaged. They had a nice large and very well cared for collection of cars to choose from. Also, very comfortable waiting area for customers with a variety of free cold beverages & hot drinks machine plus snacks to choose from – this kept my toddler quiet. I made a great deal with Brad’s assistance and my wife drove off happy with her new baby. I’d definitely recommend going there.

We were very happy with the service when purchasing our Kia. Everything looked great, and we were verbally told by the sales staff that the vehicle came with a 3-year warranty and included servicing. However, when we returned for a service after one year, we were told there would be a $500 fee because we hadn’t purchased a separate service plan.

At no point during the sale were we informed of any additional service plan requirements. Had we known, we absolutely would have taken our business elsewhere. Now, we’re being told we must pay $500 per service just to maintain the warranty — which is extremely disappointing.

We even had a friend present who heard the sales representative confirm that servicing was included. Unfortunately, because this wasn’t provided in writing, it’s being dismissed.

Customers deserve transparency. Clearly explain all fees and conditions upfront so people can make informed decisions. We regret not purchasing a Toyota instead — they offer a full 5-year warranty with service included

It’s been over a month since we bought our car here (BMW120I). We bought our Nissan Pathfinder in July 2024 and the moment we met Chris and David , they made us feel welcomed and made the process so friendly and easy.

7 months later we had a small issue and we approached David and Chris again.

I am absolutely appalled by the deceptive practices and aggressive tactics employed by Budget Car Sales. I was called in with an approved offer for a specific vehicle, only to be told that there was a miscommunication on the price was and that I’d have to pay significantly more. They then proceeded to harass me demanding I come back to the dealership and not to buy the car from anywhere else.
Upon returning, under the guise of “clarifying the offer,” they subjected me to a relentless, high-pressure sales pitch for additional, completely unnecessary add-ons. It was clear they had no respect for my time or the agreed offer which they gave over the phone. This dealership is a prime example of predatory sales tactics and should be avoided at all costs. They lied about the initial offer, and then used aggressive tactics to upsell a vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Arthur – A client will certainly show his frustration when your team members let me cancel the deal that I was going to have with another dealer. The intention was if Budget car sales don’t couldn’t sell, they wont let other dealers sell the car.
I was confirmed over the phone by your sales girl – Sam that price is agreeable and paperwork will be kept ready (this was done with a follow up reminder).

I left my kids in after school care to arrive at your office by leaving my office work & passing through heavy traffic just to hear that now they cannot honor the price that Budget car sales offered.

After the harassment that I faced, yes, I did mention that I am going to leave a bad review about my experience what I had at budget car sales. There is not just once but twice. Sam gave me a wrong address which was 15 mins away which killed my 40 mins on first visit.

You being the director lecturing about the customer service / car should have called me to check (your office has my phone number) what actually happened rather concluding 1 sided story responding to the review.

I would still stand firm on my review irrespective of you rejecting the version (without hearing my story version).

Was nervous about buying a car and trusting dealerships but Infinity Cars were great from start to finish! I think their cars are well priced for the high quality of them. I bought from out of town and came to pick up in Auckland so have had the car a couple weeks now(Toyota Aqua) and it has been great so far. The whole experience was very hassle free. I’d happily prefer getting a row of teeth pulled without anesthetic than dealing with car sales folk but this crowd were different gravy. I met the service dept manager also and my take was that the place seems to have a good culture, keep up the great work.

Came in with my dad and his partner to look at a 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV which he put a deposit down on previously.

He was told the car had 3000kms on the dash, the car had 4500kms. The car had a dent in the back of the vehichle, curb rash on the front wheel. It was also dirty inside. It was not what my dad was told it was.

My dad paid his refundable deposit via visa which he requested be refunded on site in the same manner he paid. He was then told that they have to go through an internal accounts process to refund it. Talk about make it hard for your customer.

Wont be coming back here for sure. Terrible service from Niel

I booked in a service at ‘Auckland Motors Mitsubishi’ via the Mitsubishi NZ website on February 19th 2025.
I received an email later that day from Maxene confirming my booking. I also received a text message on February 24th confirming my booking.

Today April 9th was the booked day. I arrived at ‘Auckland Motors’ at the specified time and was told that they no longer are a Mitsubishi dealer and that I don’t have a booking anymore. I received no call, email (including in spam), or text to indicate that my booking was cancelled.

This was a complete waste of time dedicating part of my morning travelling here. I now have to rush to book in a service/WOF with another place. I would not recommend ‘Auckland Motors’ as they clearly don’t have good customer service.

It’s easy to bag car dealers, they seem to top everyone’s hate list. But they ain’t all bad. These guys did us a pretty good deal on a used vehicle, and were quick to fix an issue that arose. I would happily buy from them again and I happily recommend them. They’re human.

It’s been a year since I bought my car from RK Cars. I knew what sort of car I wanted and I found one in great condition with these guys. The only thing holding me back was the road noise. So they changed all the tyres for us and it made all the difference.
I was nervous transferring funds as I never make such large purchases and he was very kind and patient with me.
They changed the display to English and hooked up the reversing camera. All fun new features I’ve never had in a car before. They even helped us buy a new key so we could have one each.
In the last year we’ve had absolutely no problems. Our car is a pleasure to drive around the city as well as visiting family out of town. We’ve been through a lot in the last year and having a dependable car has made life easier.

We were purchasing from a different city so the logistics was a bit of a challenge, the team went the extra mile to have the pre-purchase procedures completed quickly and ensured the car was delivered within the promised timeline. The technical person at the yard had the car groomed sparkling clean and even gave us a drive around to show us the features. I’ve had issues with the vehicle I purchased from the day I took it home. So much time spent going back and forward to the car yard to have it fixed time after time. After requesting a refund under the CGA the owner refused. Now going through disputes tribunal. Would NOT recommend.
