I had an incredible experience at Pit Stop Glenfield this morning. The staff were extremely helpful with my WOF, and they were very accommodating to my needs. I especially appreciated the sweet touch of lollies as an incentive. Highly recommend Pit Stop Glenfield, especially Frazer!

I desperately called regarding any availability for a prompt WOF, and was gratefully seen that same morning by Frazer and his amazing team of friendly staff! Superb service, genuine people, clean and conveniently located facility. Being a student, I found their rates better than most which is an important factor for me. I’ll definitely be back for future services.

A massive thank you to Frazer and Chris from Pitstop Glenfield for going above and beyond to get an essential vehicle back on the road within the day, even during their busy season before Christmas. This vehicle is crucial for an amazing Saving Hope Foundation foster mum to transport puppies to and from the vet and various events. It was wonderful that Ollie, Frazer's 11-year-old son, got to meet two rescue puppies and learn more about caring for animals, plus the foster and adoption process.
Frazer's vision and business ethos focus on transparency and communication. They do what they can, whenever they can.
Highly recommended.

Been going to see Frazer and the team at Pit stop for two years. It’s always done right on time, with total professionalism and great communication. The teams knowledge is fantastic.
Highly recommend to anyone. I feel safe and confident in there recommendations for my car; Alfa Romeo.
Never felt like I have been taken advantage of; with my lack of car knowledge…which has happened in the past at other places.
This place has a lovely family feel; amazing work team!

Best mechanical experience I've had!
Frazer was so lovely to communicate with, he repaired my handbrake during the WOF at no extra cost, and fit me in really last minute. The WOF was on time, and a little bag of candy was on the dash when I picked the car up, such a sweet touch. Frazer seemed very trustworthy, affordable, and an absolute pleasure to go to. I'll be recommending him to everyone and will absolutely be bringing my car here going forward. Thank you so much!!

These guys are the real deal and a fantastic local business.
Got a WOF, oil change and brake service which well priced and super efficient. Honest, transparent, and took the time to walk me through the things to keep an eye on before next WOF. if you're looking for someone reliable and friendly on the shore to keep you up to date and not rip you off, look no further.
