Thank you YLP for helping us resolve 4 issues we had with our house. We had a major underground leak (under concrete) which required a special leak detection service to identify where it was. Chris from YLP was able to locate the leak with his specialised leak detection tools and repairs were promptly done. This saved us from another high water bill from watercare and we cannot thank Chris enough! We also had a hot water cylinder leak (which we were not aware of) that Chris was able to locate and YLP was able to replace. The team that helped replace our hot water cylinder was fantastic. Very experienced and even educated us on how the new hot water cylinder worked. There was also a clogged drain that Chris was able to locate (again we were not aware of) and the YLP team was fantastic in unclogging it. We are very grateful that YLP has such a dedicated and hard working team especially Chris! We will always reach out to YLP first for any future leak issues. Recently we thought we had another leak in our toilet sink, so we called YLP and booked Chris to have it looked into. Chris arrived promptly, checked, and isolated what it was. Everything from the start of calling YLP up to make a booking, to the team arriving, to identifying/isolating the issue, to following up and fixing the issue was dealt with in an easy timely manner. We did not have to worry about what would happen next nor had to do any chasing up. Thank you again YLP for helping us! 🙂

We had a wonderful experience. The plumber arrived before he said he would, identified the issue straight away, fixed it promptly, and even gave us advice on how to raise it with Watercare to get a credit, which we did. Amazing result!

We had a mains water leak which required some urgent repairs. They were very quick at arranging the initial inspection with Chris Combrink.
