Extremely happy with my treatment at Physio Fusion. Kirsty is an extremely knowledgeable physio with a friendly and empathetic demeanour. She explained all of the parts of my injury in understandable terms with physical demonstrations of complex topics. Throughout my appointment I felt understood and listened to and that the treatment was being catered to my specific lifestyle. A strong recommendation to anyone in need of a quality physio.

Srishti has been very knowledgeable and encouraging. She can identify the problems and design the just right exercises for you. I made a full recovery with my shoulder in 8 sessions. You need to stick to the exercise programs and just do them. You will see results. I recommend Srishti and the whole clinic.

I practiced the exercises at the clinic, and she also gave me a printed guide to continue them at home. After two weeks, including one follow-up visit, my shoulder has significantly improved. Kirsty was amazing & very thorough. After asking a series of questions & having me complete a few exercises she diagnosed me with a breathing pattern disorder, which sounds bizarre that I’m not breathing properly, but… I know I’m often in fight or flight mode atm, so the result matches perfectly with the change that have happened in my family’s lived recently. Now I’m off to find someone to help me breathe correctly, which is through to the belly & not up in your chest #whoknew. I can’t thank Kirsty enough for helping me.
