JF Physio Remuera

Recently started going to JF Physio for my knee injury. The staff are so kind and really do listen to what your needs are. I have had an amazing experience, from someone who was nervous about getting acupuncture and physio, I honestly can’t thank Nick and Matt enough for their support and understanding during my appointments. You have a loyal patient with me. Nick has helped so much and really taken his time with making sure I was comfortable and okay with everything he did during my treatments. I always feel at ease going there and getting my physio and acupuncture done because I just know I’ll be made comfortable and treated with upmost care. With the wealth of knowledge the team at JF physio has, I can honestly say, they will get you back on the mend! Would highly recommend paying these wonderful people a visit.

I saw Matt for physio after a lower back injury, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. His treatment and rehab plan were really high quality and tailored to what I needed—I feel so much stronger now, and my pain has improved significantly. One thing that stood out to me was how kind and reassuring Matt was throughout the process. When you're in pain, having someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to listen makes a huge difference. I'm now back to doing the sports I love, and I’d highly recommend Matt to anyone dealing with injuries.

I came to JF Physio with excruciating pain in my shoulder, neck and back, after getting physio from Matt and acupuncture from Kiki my pain has gone down significantly. I am feeling so much better after a few sessions. The staff here really care about your injuries and go above and beyond with the treatment. I am really happy with the results so far and would definitely recommend anyone who suffers from pain to come here!

I tore one of my ankle ligaments mid-last year and have been seeing Matthew and his team for about 7 months now. I'm glad to say that my pain has significantly reduced, and I'm almost fully recovered. They are all very friendly, patient, and professional, and they truly listen to you.
