Foot Mechanics Milford (formerly Shore Footed Podiatry)

Honestly - having the verruca to end all verrucas, and having had YEARS of unsuccessful treatment elsewhere (freezing, slicing, gouging, melting, burning, and any other painful things you care to think about), I was pretty desperate but also pretty skeptical. Did I just have an impossible verruca? Would this thing ever die? Ashley assured me it’d be gone in no time, and she also promised me heat, pain, and a stress ball or two to squeeze. Amazingly, it’s gone. Completely. Never coming back. I’m so impressed at the microwave pain device, but most importantly with the team in Milford. Stacey on the front desk is brilliant, super helpful, and welcoming. She has good chat, and has good taste in muffins. Ashley is the main event. Hilarious, skillful, knowledgeable, *slightly* happy to inflict short term pain for long term gain, and effortlessly cool. Never thought I’d leave a review for a podiatrist!!! Epic.

Stacey at reception was so helpful and consistently responsive in answering all of my questions prior to booking in for an appointment, and arranging the appointment. The appointment in clinic with Ashley was an absolute breeze - thanks to her knowledge and therefore efficiency, we were able to identify and arrange a solution to my problem super quick within the appointment! I left the clinic raving to my partner about the amazing honest and friendly service I received from both Stacey and Ashley. I highly recommend this clinic and will be letting friends and family know to come here if they need!

Today I met David, podiatrist, for the first time. I had heard many favourable comments about not only his professional care, but also his very pleasant manner. My feet are very happy - I will be back. Good to see Stacey still at reception, even better to walk out with lovely sneakers on special. Everyone pleased!

I've really enjoyed my experience with the Milford Branch. From the minute I walked through the door to when I left. The staff are very welcoming, and put me at ease immediately. My practitioner Ashley has been amazing, and definitely made me comfortable, and helped me understand my current condition, and put forward a good action plan.

I felt so confident that I might actually get answers after so long of only going to my GP, all staff were so lovely and made me feel comfortable and it was a quick session but SO MUCH was said and done that made me feel like I might get resolve!

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. A very warm welcome when I arrived and then thorough and efficient service from Ash. She's s a gem and now my foot is pain free! Thank you so much!

The online booking process was quick and easy. The podiatrist I saw is very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a very good experience.
