Oh my gosh. I learned so much about my "funny" foot. Paula was very friendly and was so great at explaining what had gone wrong with it. I didn’t realize how previous injuries had affected my foot and the way i walk. All my questions were answered with patience and without condescension. I was fortunate that Paula had a student with us because she was explaining with her also and I could eavesdrop. Paula explained the steps she will take to correct the foot and gave me exercises to build up muscle. I also appreciate that she is going to make a prosthetic herself before going to get a more expensive permanent one. This will be a gradual process which I’m confident will not have a sudden impact on the alignment of my leg and back. Paula recommended I buy a specific shoe which will assist the process. I feel like I’m in really knowledgeable, confident hands. Paula was recommended to me by my physio who is currently working with me to strengthen my shoulders. The person who sold me the shoe said he felt Paula was "one of the best!" Two professional recommendations from professionals- She’ll do me!

From start to finish, she was professional, thorough, and incredibly skilled. Libby used a range of precise and effective instruments to assess and treat both of my feet. The cleaning was done with such care and attention that my feet felt completely clean, fresh, and revitalized afterward. Her knowledge and gentle approach made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with any kind of foot issue, big or small. I've had diabetic footcare for over 15years but never as good as when I transferred to Waitakere Foot. Meticulous attention and treatment for my elderly feet on all aspects. Christel has a professional manner and is very efficient. She is also very thorough when she does all the checks on your feet/toes that needs to be done including moisturiser at the end.

Thank you Paula, very informative visit, looked after my feet well, felt safe with her. At times the doctor visit can be very fast, so a visit to podiatry clinic confirms some things that i may have overlooked regarding the care for my feet, and reasons for unusual sensitivity.
